Going to Johannesburg this weekend to visit fellow GRS intern Karti Subramanian, who is working up there in the Soweto township (politically famous during Apartheid, currently socially infamous). I wish I had some grand GRS mission I could tell you I was fulfilling in this trip, but it's really just to visit my man Karti, get out of Richmond for a weekend, and hang out in Joburg.
